Shipping Policy

We deliver across Egypt through our trusted courier partners, covering most destinations nationwide.

  • Orders are usually delivered within 2–5 working days, depending on your location and governorate.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods or public holidays.


Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll be happy to help with a return or exchange, subject to the guidelines below.

Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Requests for returns or exchanges should be made on the day of delivery and within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible.

Swimwear

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear items are not eligible for return or exchange once received.

  • If there is an issue, the item must be returned immediately with the courier at the time of delivery.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees apply to approved returns and exchanges.

  • In the rare case that an item is faulty or incorrect, we will gladly cover the shipping fees, provided the request is made within 14 days.
