Exchanges & Returns

We provide a shipping service via courier across Egypt to almost all destinations. Orders take between 2-5 working days to be processed depending on location and governorate.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange or return it for you hassle free if it meets the below criteria:
1: Condition must be brand new unworn/unwashed with tags attached.
2: We need to be informed with any changes or returns on the on the day you receive your order and for 14 days. (Exchange/return requests made after 14 days of purchase will unfortunately be declined)                                                              3: Swim wear cannot be exchanged or returned after receiving the order and must be returned with the courier on the spot for hygiene purposes. 

In the case of returns & exchanges shipping fees will be applied, however if the order you received is either the wrong size or faulty for any reason shipping fees will not be applied (requests must also be made within 14 days)
